American Literature Club at American Corner Craiova, January 2007

On the January 27, 2007, 15 high school students attended the monthly meeting of the American Literature Club.

Both Romanian and English versions of Jack London’s novels belonging to the library collection were exhibited.

During the discussions some biographical data about the author and fragments from his writings were presented.

During the second part of the meeting the movie "White Fang" was screened.

Clubul de Literatura Americana organizat la American Corner Craiova in Ianuarie 2007

In data de 27 Ianuarie 2007, a avut loc intalnirea lunara a Clubul de Literatura Americana, la care au participat 15 elevi din Colegiile "Carol I", "Elena Cuza" si "Fratii Buzesti" din Craiova.

In timpul acestei intalniri a fost organizata si o expozitie de carte: Jack London - carti in limba engleza si limba romana, din colectiile Bibliotecii Judetene Aman.

Pe parcursul discutiilor au fost prezentate date biografice ale autorului si fragmente sugestive din scrierile sale.

In partea a doua a evenimentului a fost difuzat filmul "Colt Alb".
