The Second Meeting of the Literature Club at American Corner Craiova, September 2006

On Saturday, September 23, 2006, the second meeting of the American Literature Club took place at the American Corner Craiova.

The event celebrated 110 years since the birth of F. Scott Fitzgerald. On this occasion the novel "The Great Gatsby" was brought in discussion, and in the end the movie with the same name was screened. In the end, the participants commented about the American life of those days.

It is worth mentioning that all the conversation was conducted in English and the participants were English teachers and university and high school students.
