U.S. Embassy to close for Presidents' Day

February 15, 2008

The U.S. Embassy and the American Cultural Center in Bucharest will be closed on Monday, February 18, in observance of the U.S. holiday, Presidents’ Day. This holiday honors the February birthdays of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

The Embassy will re-open on Tuesday, February 19, for all regular business.
