CORRECTION FOR THE PRESS ON THE ACCIDENT THAT TOOK THE LIFE OF TEO PETER

During a press statement by the two American Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) investigators at the Parchetul Tribunalului Bucuresti earlier Wednesday, the investigator's statement that they were here to pursue the investigation into the case of the auto accident involving the Marine Sergeant was wrongly translated to infer that a decision has been made by U.S. authorities to initiate prosecution against the Marine.

The purpose of the investigation is to ascertain all the facts to determine if in fact, prosecution is warranted. No decision about prosecution has been yet made by the U.S. and none will be made until the investigation is complete. Obviously that decision will be taken after the team completes its work and returns to the United States.
